A pressure transmitter is a measuring instrument that converts a pressure variable into a transmittable, standardized output signal and has a given continuous function (usually a linear function) between its output signal and the pressure variable. Mainly used in industrial process pressure measurement and control parameters. In order to ensure that your choice of products meet the requirements of field use, please refer to the following selection:
1, confirm the type of pressure measurement. Pressure types are mainly gauge pressure, absolute pressure, differential pressure, etc .; gauge pressure refers to the atmospheric pressure as a reference, less than or greater than the pressure of atmospheric pressure; absolute pressure refers to the zero absolute pressure as a benchmark, higher than absolute pressure zero Pressure; differential pressure refers to the difference between the two pressures.
2, confirm the measurement range. Under normal circumstances, press the actual measurement of pressure measurement range of 80% selected.
3, confirm the system's maximum overload. The system's maximum overload should be less than the transmitter overload protection limit, otherwise it will affect the product's life or even damage the product. Overload protection of triple measurement range is the standard configuration of our products (also can be customized according to customer requirements).
4, confirm the accuracy level. The measurement error of the transmitter is divided according to the accuracy grade. The different accuracy corresponds to different basic error limits (expressed as a percentage of the full-scale output). In practical applications, according to the measurement error control requirements and in accordance with the applicable economic principle Choose; my company's products currently provide 1.0, 0.2, 0.5, three levels of accuracy.
5, confirm the working temperature range. Measuring medium temperature should be in the transmitter operating temperature range, such as over-temperature use, will have a larger measurement error and affect the service life; pressure transmitter in the production process, the temperature will be measured and compensated for, To ensure that the temperature error caused by the product of the measurement error is within the accuracy level requirements. In the case of high temperature, you can consider choosing high-temperature pressure transmitter or take the installation of condenser (radiator), radiator and other auxiliary cooling measures.
6, confirm the compatibility of the measuring medium and the contact material. In some measurement occasions, the measuring medium is corrosive. In this case, the material compatible with the measuring medium or the special process should be selected to ensure the transmitter is not damaged.
7, confirm the form of pressure interface. The company's products to the threaded connection (M20 × 1.5) as a standard interface. If customers need other special interface forms, according to customer requirements for design and production.
8, confirm the power supply and output signal. The company's products use DC power supply, providing four output signal options, including 4 ~ 20mADC, 0 ~ 5VDC, 1 ~ 5VDC, 0 ~ 10VDC.
9, confirm the working environment and other conditions. Need to know whether there is vibration and electromagnetic interference, etc., and provide relevant information in the selection, in order to take appropriate treatment; in the selection, the other such as electrical connections should also be considered under the circumstances.
