Main Technical Specifications
1. Rated capacity: 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg,  It is recommended to choose a capacity 10-30% larger than the maximum weight to cope with impact and overload, and extend the lifespan.
2. Sensitivity: Typically 2.0 mV/V ± 0.1%. This means that when the sensor is applied with a rated load (such as 10kg) and a 1V excitation voltage, the output signal is 2.0mV. This is the basis for sensor signal amplification.
3. Accuracy level: C3 level is a common industrial/commercial grade. Higher grades such as C5 and C6 are used for scales that require legal measurement.
4. Comprehensive error: including nonlinearity, hysteresis, repeatability, etc. For example, ± 0.03% F.S. means that the full-scale error does not exceed 0.03%.
5. Input/output resistance: usually 350 Ω or 1000 Ω, used to match transmitters or instruments.
6. Excitation voltage: Recommended operating voltage, usually 5V DC or 10V DC. The maximum voltage (such as 15V DC) should not exceed.
7. Safety overload: usually 120% F.S., exceeding it may cause permanent damage.
8. Extreme overload: usually 150% F.S.
9. Protection level: IP65 (dustproof and waterproof spray) or IP67 (short-term immersion) is very important for humid and clean environments such as kitchens and workshops.
10. Material: Alloy Aluminum(universal, requiring surface treatment for rust prevention) or stainless steel (food, chemical, humid environment).
