TST portable truck axle scale is a lightweight, mobile weighing device specially designed for trucks, trailers and other heavy vehicles. Main Structure & Features

• Weighing Pads
  Made of high-strength aviation aluminum alloy, the pads are pressure-resistant, wear-proof and durable. With compact size and light weight, they can be easily moved and arranged on site. Multiple pads can be combined flexibly to match vehicles with different axle numbers.
  Signal Transmission
• Wired type: Adopts shielded cable for data transmission, which ensures stable signal, strong anti-interference ability and no data loss, ideal for long-term fixed use.
  Wireless type: Eliminates cable restraints, enables rapid layout and improves working efficiency for frequent mobile operations.
• Digital Indicator
  Equipped with a clear backlit display screen, the indicator can real-timely show single axle weight, group axle weight and total vehicle weight. It supports data storage, viewing and printing, and is built with a rechargeable battery for long outdoor working hours. An overload alarm function is also equipped for timely reminder.

Working Principle
When a vehicle drives slowly or stops on the weighing pads, the built-in high-precision strain gauge sensors sense the pressure and convert it into electrical signals. The signals are transmitted to the display instrument, which calculates and converts the data into accurate weight values and presents them on the screen.
